Using GYST means agreeing to the terms below. We’ve kept them short and honest — if anything here surprises you, tell us and we’ll explain or fix it.
GYST plans a week of meals around your preferences and budget, then builds a grocery cart and hands it to your retailer (currently King Soopers). You review and place every order yourself on the retailer’s site. GYST never submits payment and never places an order on your behalf.
Live prices and availability come from your retailer and can change between planning and checkout. GYST’s budget math is there to protect you, but the final total is always what the retailer charges when you check out.
Recipes, ingredient details, and nutrition information in GYST are general guidance, not medical or dietary advice. If you have allergies or medical dietary needs, always check product labels and talk to a professional. GYST tries hard to get ingredients right, but the label on the package is the source of truth.
You sign in with single-use email links, so whoever controls your inbox controls your GYST account — keep it safe. Use GYST for your own household’s planning; don’t scrape it, resell it, or try to break it for other people.
GYST is in active development. Features will evolve, and occasionally something will wobble. The service is provided as-is: to the fullest extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you’ve paid us for the service. We’ll always be straight with you when something goes wrong on our side.
These terms are governed by the laws of Colorado, USA. GYST is operated by Crispy Games LLC, Longmont, Colorado.
